The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our Openreach fibre projects. You'll play a key role in organising day-to-day operations, liaising with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in the coordination and delivery of Openreach fibre and civils projects.

  • Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and documentation.

  • Liaise with field engineers, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

  • Manage and submit permits, notices, and job packs through Openreach systems.

  • Prepare and review RAMS, A55s, and as-built documentation.

  • Track daily progress and report key milestones to internal and client stakeholders.

  • Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and materials coordination.

  • Ensure all work adheres to Openreach specifications, health and safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telecoms coordination or administration role (Openreach experience essential).

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

  • Experience working with Openreach systems such as Orion, PIA, or FMS (desirable).

  • Understanding of fibre network build processes and streetworks requirements (NRSWA).

  • Positive, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
