Office Administrator

We're looking for a friendly and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role has real potential to grow into Office Manager for the right person.
What you'll be doing day to day:
-Answering calls and emails and keeping customers happy and informed
-Creating job packs, quotes, invoices, scheduling and reports
-Helping with social media, blogs and online content (we use AI tools too)
-Supporting our accounts team with invoicing and reconciliation
-Assisting with HR – holidays, recruitment and staff records
-Keeping our Health & Safety documents up to date (COSHH, RIDDOR, RAMS etc.)
-Helping with accreditation paperwork and compliance
-Looking for ways to improve how we do things
What we're looking for:
-Great at customer service and communication
-Quick to respond and happy to help
-Positive, friendly and enjoys being part of a team
-Excellent attention to detail
-Can prioritise and stay organised
-Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
-Good with Google Suite; experience with Xero or ChatGPT is a bonus
-Experience in arboriculture, agriculture, construction or similar industries is welcome
