We put the Field FirstThis posting remains open year-round as we are always looking for great people to join our team If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application and we will reach out shortly.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, install and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, and performing pump repairsSpring evaluations and start-upWinterization and blow-outMid-season inspectionsGather and update historical data for each account regarding water sources, point of connection and main line location, service performed and parts installedQualifications:At least two years commercial irrigation experienceAbility to identify system repairs and improvementsAbility to troubleshoot and exhibit sound decision making skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamAbility to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisorAbility to pull, push and lift up to 25 poundsPunctual attendanceValid Washington Driver License with a clean recordBi-lingual English/Spanish preferredBackflow Assembly Tester (BAT) License preferredTotal RewardsAt Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
