An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and efficient administrator to support the Business Operations Team.
Business Operations (BOPS) is a team of four people within an IT Service of 60+ colleagues. BOPS provide support to the IT department by managing the budget, finances, suppliers, contracts, and IT procurement processes (raising contracts, processing orders, paying invoices, etc).
The roleThe Business Operations & Contracts Assistant role is part time (18.5 hours a week) and will assist the BOPS Team with IT administration, finance and purchasing.
What's needed?Applicants must have relevant experience of working in a business support / administration function. Ideally you would have a good working knowledge of procurement and/or financial processes.
However, the most important thing for us is getting people with the right behaviours: enthusiastic, organised, keen to learn and showing great team spirit.
