Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the restaurant or hospitality setting, ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.

• Familiarity with barista duties or hotel operations would be advantageous.
