JOB TITLE : Security Dual Service Supervisor

LOCATION: Peterborough, PE7

PAY RATE: £13.95 per hour

WORK PATTERN : 12 hours per shift, 48 hours per week on a 4on 4off shift pattern.

Must have a valid SIA Licence and CCTV Licence essential.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dual Service Security Supervisor to oversee both cleaning and security operations at a busy, multi-functional shopping centre. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams across two service disciplines.

Duties will include:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and security operations.
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures, health & safety, and audit standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Respond to incidents and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports.
  • Liaise with clients and site management to ensure service excellence Requirements.

Experience:

  • Previous supervisory experience in cleaning and/or security.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and uphold site standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing site needs.

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA Licence (required)
  • CCTV Licence (required)
