Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Hours: 34.5 per week

Shift Pattern: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Carry out thorough handovers to keep everyone informed.
  • Create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Review and update care plans to reflect residents' needs and wishes.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained and plan ahead for future needs.
