We are looking for an amazing, empathetic and caring person to join our growing Reablement team. Spaces on our December induction are running out fast, don't delay, apply today and get paid before Christmas

As a Reablement Support Worker you will work with our clients in their own homes, providing comfort and stability to them. Your role will include:

- Working with clients on a short term basis to achieve their reablement based goals

- Assisting with personal care.

- Assisting with the administering of medication.

- Following client care plans to ensure the best possible care is provided.

- Providing support and companionship to your clients.

- Manual handling using specialist equipment.

- Assisting with food preparation.

Not worked in care before? You don't know what you're missing, luckily we'll have you covered. All of our new starters receive a full five day classroom based induction, followed by a comprehensive shadowing period in community, we want you to succeed and most importantly, we want you to love your role.

This role is on a 4 on 4 off basis, with the 4 working days being 07:00-14:00 then back out from 17:00-22:00.
