Who are we looking for?

An experienced Marketing Manager to grow customer lifetime value and footfall by owning Wingstop's performance across owned digital platforms, delivery & click & collect and CRM.

This role integrates national campaigns, drives omnichannel adoption, and improves the brand's value experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Owned Digital Channels

  • Collaborate with digital designer and product teams on in-store screen/QR strategy

  • Launch and optimise QR campaigns, menu boards, and local landing pages

  • Own local SEO and web/app content for store listings

  • Manage updates for site content relevant to C&C, locations and platform mechanics

CRM, Loyalty & Customer Lifecycle

  • Plan and deliver lifecycle messaging via email, Whatsapp, and Loyalty platform comms

  • Optimise CRM journeys and automate high-performance flows

  • Support loyalty roadmap: e.g., point mechanics, gamification, refer-a-friend

  • Personalise offers by behaviour, location and platform usage

  • Integrate LTOs, store launches and occasion-based targeting

Delivery + Click & Collect

  • Lead marketing strategy across Deliveroo and Click & Collect (e.g. Vitamojo)

  • Collaborate with Ops, Head of Delivery, and IT to test offers, improve UX, and boost basket size

  • Launch platform-specific promotions, bundles, and app adoption campaigns

  • Track platform performance and identify friction points

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Social, and Creative on full-funnel execution

  • Sync with Paid Media agency to align CRM/promo messaging

Requirements

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to deliver meaningful results across multiple digital levers.

Essential:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital or CRM-focused marketing roles, ideally within QSR, retail, FMCG or high-frequency consumer brands

  • Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Track record of delivering performance through E-mail, Whatsapp, push, and lifecycle marketing

  • Experience managing delivery aggregator platforms (Deliveroo) and/or digital ordering platforms (Vita Mojo)

  • Strong grasp of UX journeys across web, app, and in-store digital touchpoints (QR, menu screens, landing pages)

  • Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to optimise campaigns and improve conversion

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns, launches and regional rollouts

  • Exceptional cross-functional communicator — works well with Product, Ops, Tech, and Creative teams

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of loyalty mechanics and CRM personalisation strategies

  • Familiarity with in-store digital merchandising (e.g., menu board scheduling, screen content)

  • Comfortable working with design/copy stakeholders to build campaign assets

  • Agency or platform-side experience in a performance-driven marketing environment
