Software Engineer
to help design and build secure, scalable systems that power and protect some of the world's most trusted names in crypto and fintech.

You'll work in small, collaborative squads alongside Product, Engineering, and DevOps — solving complex challenges and shipping high-quality, reliable software. The team values curiosity, inclusion, and craftsmanship where clean, maintainable code and thoughtful collaboration come first.

Key Responsibilities

Software Design & Development

  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable, reliable software using TypeScript, , React, and AWS.
  • Contribute to the design and development of APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Align closely with product and security requirements to ensure robustness and compliance.

Requirement Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate ideas and requirements into solid technical solutions.

Coding & Implementation

  • Write clean, well-structured code following industry best practices and modern design patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development sessions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
  • Support automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor live systems, identify and resolve issues, and continuously improve system performance.

Documentation

  • Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specs, and process guides.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA, and DevOps) in an Agile environment to deliver impactful software solutions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about new technologies and best practices to enhance code quality, processes, and tooling.
