The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Key Account Manager to support and grow key customer accounts within our Brackenheath Briticent Lighting division. This role is office-based and focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales activity, and supporting new product launches and promotions across the lighting range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main internal point of contact.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and account reviews.
  • Promote new product launches, core ranges, and promotional activity to maximise sales-out.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and bulk or special deals.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely updates on pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with external field sales and internal teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to ensure a joined-up account approach.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting against agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
