Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team on a freelance, commission-only basis. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the facilities management (FM) and security sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, and supporting the wider sales team in converting leads into secured contracts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively contact FM companies and other relevant businesses to generate new leads.


• Book face-to-face or video meetings for the team.


• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and meeting outcomes.


• Represent the company professionally when engaging potential clients.


• Work closely with the Sales Director to refine sales messaging and identify target opportunities.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in sales; security sales is a strong advantage.


• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.


• UK-based with ability to manage own schedule and outreach.

Remuneration:

This is a commission-only role with attractive rewards for successfully arranged meetings and converted business opportunities.
