We are working with a dynamic and growing architecture studio in South London, where we've successfully placed candidates in the past. This close-knit team is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join them on an exciting commercial office retrofit project. They are a smaller studio with a steady growth trajectory. They pride themselves on creating innovative, high-quality designs in a collaborative and supportive setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a studio that values professional development and offers clear career progression.

Role Overview:

The Project Architect will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of a new commercial office retrofit project. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Vectorworks, particularly in 2D and ideally 3D, and will bring recent experience in office/workplace design, with a preference for candidates who have worked on retrofit projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in Vectorworks (2D and ideally 3D).
  • Recent, hands-on experience in office/workplace design (preferably retrofit).
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the studio (9am – 6pm).
  • Available to start within 4 weeks (ideally sooner).

Salary & Benefits:

Please Note:

This position is not suitable for Part 2 candidates or those with predominantly residential experience. Only experienced Project Architects with the specified skill set will be considered.
