A hands-on print professional with strong finishing skills and the willingness to support warehouse duties?

We're looking for an organised, practical Internal Print Project Manager to coordinate production while also stepping into finishing or warehouse tasks when needed.

About the Role

This is a finishing-biased, very hands-on role supporting a busy production environment. You'll coordinate print jobs from brief to dispatch, working closely with production, finishing and warehouse teams. When workloads peak, you'll roll up your sleeves and help with finishing or warehouse duties to keep jobs flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate print jobs across the full production lifecycle
  • Maintain schedules and communicate effectively with production and finishing teams
  • Provide technical support on finishing processes (cutting, folding, collating, hand-finishing, etc.)
  • Step in to support finishing or production hands-on when required
  • Carry out quality checks and resolve production or finishing issues
  • Support warehouse duties, including:
  • Goods in (receiving, checking and booking in materials)
  • Goods out (picking, packing and preparing jobs for dispatch)
  • Courier coordination and dispatch paperwork
  • Keeping warehouse/dispatch areas organised and safe
  • Maintain accurate job specs, records and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in print production with strong finishing knowledge
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with ability to assist in production and warehouse
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret artwork, finishing guides and job specs

Desirable

  • Experience using Tharstern MIS
  • Knowledge of repro, proofing or colour management
  • Experience in production control or similar roles
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fork Lift Licence
