The Role
We're looking for an Automation Test Engineer to design and maintain test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend systems. You'll build scalable automation, strengthen CI/CD test coverage, and ensure the quality of integrations across our Teams telephony analytics platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright, Selenium, and Python.
- Integrate automation into Jenkins, Docker, and AWS CI/CD pipelines.
- Create test data, mocks, and environments for reliable and repeatable runs.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Validate end-to-end telephony flows and analytics integrations in Microsoft Teams.
- Log, track, and report issues with clear defect documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python for test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, AWS).
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems.
- Familiarity with telephony platforms (Microsoft Teams, SIP, or Graph APIs).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with BroadWorks or Webex platforms.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch monitoring.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
