Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Vet Surgeon specializing in Small Animal to join our team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. This is a locum position starting on the 2th of October 2024 and ending on the 5th of October 2024, with 4 days per week. The successful candidate will provide top-notch care to our patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals in accordance with the best practices of veterinary medicine.
  • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with pet owners, providing them with guidance on preventive care and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Collaborating with veterinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice as a veterinarian in the UK.
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills, with experience in small animal care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
