About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Copywriter who knows how to wield words and algorithms. Who can spot a story in a spreadsheet, and turn a performance ad into a punchline or a heartstring. You'll be part of a tight-knit creative team, working alongside designers, strategists, and performance marketers—all supported by GenAI and agentic AI tools.
Your focus? Bringing TransferGo's brand to life across channels, shaping our narrative, and ensuring our voice is seen, clicked, searched, shared, trusted, and chosen.
What You'll Do
- Concepting and crafting multi-channel campaigns from thumb-stopping social hooks to scroll-worthy landing pages.
- Creating and optimising long-form content like SEO landing pages, blog articles, and lifecycle emails that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborating with designers to bring ideas to life visually, rhythmically, and tonally.
- Championing our tone of voice across the business, ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Supporting product launches, feature messaging, and lifecycle moments with human-centred creative.
- Using AI creatively—not just to speed up copy, but to spark better ideas, variants, and delivery.
- Writing and refining ad copy, social content, push notifications, blog posts, scripts, and internal comms.
- Thinking globally, writing locally, helping localisation partners preserve impact across 16+ languages.
- Proactively seeking insights and performance learnings to make our work sharper and smarter.
- Sharing frameworks, learnings, and inspiration to help uplevel the wider team.

- Know how to switch gears, from poetic video scripts to SEO-driven landing pages.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years' experience as a brand, creative, or content copywriter, agency or in-house.
- A portfolio that shows sharp headlines, big ideas, and tonal versatility across digital formats.
- Proven ability to drive business outcomes with well-researched, executed, and measured content.
- Proven ability to work across multiple digital formats, with a higher focus on SEO, landing pages, email marketing, and other long-form content.
- Confidence in working with GenAI and agentic AI tools as creative collaborators.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, with experience writing for Meta, Google, TikTok or similar platforms.
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines and navigating feedback, ambiguity, and speed.
- Bonus: You speak more than one language or have experience with localisation.
- Bonus: You've worked on campaigns that scale across regions or cultures.
