As a Learning & Development Apprentice you will play a key role in supporting the growth and capability of our people. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of L&D activities, from operational support to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Event Management: Organise and coordinate both virtual and in-person learning events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.
- Content Curation & Creation: Curate and contribute to the development of engaging on-demand learning resources that meet the evolving needs of our teams.
- Data & Insights: Conduct data analysis and produce reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
- Learning Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records, ensuring compliance and visibility across the organisation.
- Evaluation & Impact: Support the evaluation of learning programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Platform Management: Help maintain and evolve our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it remains user-friendly, relevant, and impactful.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Learn how to become a trusted advisor to the business, building strong relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Culture & Empowerment: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams by ensuring they have access to the right learning tools and resources.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for helping others develop their skills.
- Basic understanding of Learning & Development principles is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong working relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence using digital tools and software.
