You can embrace your curiosity in a culture that celebrates new ideas and diverse perspectives. You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.

A Little More About Your Role…
Shape the future of digital transformation with WSP
At WSP, we help clients solve their most complex challenges by combining world-class engineering with digital innovation. Our Digital Advisory team partners with government, infrastructure, and enterprise clients to reimagine how technology underpins strategy, operations, and delivery.

We are looking for an Azure Enterprise Architect who can think beyond technology – someone who can translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, advising senior stakeholders while guiding delivery teams with clear principles and frameworks. This is an opportunity to sit at the heart of technology strategy consulting, shaping cloud adoption journeys that drive resilience, efficiency, and transformation at scale.

Why join us?

  • At WSP, you'll be part of a fast-growing Digital Advisory practice that works at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology. We offer:
  • The chance to shape cloud strategy for high-profile programmes that impact millions of people.
  • A collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment where you can influence both business transformation and technical design.
  • Access to global expertise and Azure sandboxes to test and evolve new approaches.
  • Clear career pathways in digital leadership, enterprise architecture, and technology consulting

What you'll do…
As a Trusted Advisor And Strategic Architect, You Will

  • Advise business leaders on cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology modernisation.
  • Define roadmaps and startegies– balancing value, cost, risk, and long-term sustainability.
  • Shape governance models and decision frameworks that enable safe, scalable and federated adoption of Azure.
  • Design reference architectures and operating models for identity, networking, security, integration, and data platforms.
  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams – from architects and engineers to programme leaders – ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and client objectives.
  • Enable platform engineering and DevSecOps ways of working (IaC, automation, observability, FinOps).
  • Act as a mentor and thought leader, building capability across WSP and our clients.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
We're looking for a blend of strategic consultant and hands-on architect:

  • A proven track record shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Azure strategies and architectures.
  • The ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, with strong influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Experience of modern cloud operating models, governance frameworks, and assurance in complex organisations.
  • Familiarity with data platform architectures, integration patterns, and automation practices.
  • Consulting mindset – balancing technology with business value, able to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
