Information Administrator

We're looking for an Information Administrator to join our Places team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As an nformation Administrator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high-quality project data management and compliance across multiple secure sites.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and integrity of project data
• Hosting and managing training sessions for new users of the project CDE, acting as the main point of contact for support and coaching
• Maintaining project file naming protocols and managing MS SharePoint libraries, including administrator duties
• Ensuring Client Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) are maintained and updated
• Managing, scanning, and archiving site filing systems, drawings, and paperwork

What are we looking for?

This role of nformation Administrator is great for you if:

• You have significant experience working within secure nuclear/MOD environments
• You hold (or previously held) UKSV SC Clearance and have a British Passport
• You are highly IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and have strong communication skills
• You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently across multiple projects
• You are comfortable with pre-employment checks including Enhanced DBS and SC Clearance

A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be UK-specific).
