Our portfolio includes over three hundred major energy-generating companies, from wind farms to solar power plants, with exciting new ventures in energy storage, e-fuels and beyond. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our diverse and dedicated team, helping us drive the future of renewable energy forward.
Whilst we maintain a degree of flexibility, this position requires an average of 3 days in the office per week in London
Team Overview The Development Portfolio Management Team at OEGEN is in charge of delivering our development investments and works hand in hand with developers to deliver on the investment cases in changing commercial and market dynamics.

The portfolio spans different maturity stages (from early stage land to ready to build) and five countries.
Your mission will be to make these investments a huge success through their development journey and until exits.

- Together with the team, be the first point of contact with each developer, manage day-to-day coordination and communication with developers and lead operational reviews of pipelines.
- Lead on value enhancement and maximisation of each development project including time of exit, sale preparation, revenue contracting, last mile development and other activities ensuring the best returns to investors on exit.
- Monitor valuation and financial performance of investments to optimise returns and conduct regular assessments of investment and overall portfolio performance against objectives.

- You will work closely with OEGEN Fund Managers to deliver the overarching fund objectives.
- You will be responsible for reporting against the development and investment KPIs internally and to the investors.
- Experience managing and driving strategic initiatives for a portfolio of businesses/developers with renewable assets
- Strong regulatory, governance, and compliance knowledge, with experience in managing complex operations across various geographical locations.
- Experience in driving value enhancement and maximisation strategies and projects' exits.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in investment portfolio management or asset management.
