We are seeking a talented individual to join a boutique consulting firm as an Operational Resilience Consultant. Check out the requirements below to see if you're the perfect fit:

Skills Required:
  • Operational Resilience Experience: Demonstrate your expertise in operational resilience, guiding clients through challenges and implementing robust strategies.
  • Insurance Experience: Prior knowledge in the insurance sector will enhance your ability to provide tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Consulting Background: Bring your extensive consulting experience to the table, showcasing your ability to lead and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manager Level: As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects and providing strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Bonus if familiar with DORA: Familiarity with the DORA framework will be advantageous in driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
Job Description:

As an Operational Resilience Consultant, you will:
  • Manage and drive resilience projects and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within the department, mitigating risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of resilience strategies and plans, aligning them with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress and key insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
