Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic architectural technician or architectural technologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is not only enthusiastic about architectural design but also eager to be an integral part of our companies growth journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to helping us achieve our goal of making Extension Plans a leader in the industry.

The position is a permanent position at the company.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Discussing proposals with our customers

• Creating architectural design drawings and plans

• Producing supporting documentation for planning applications

• Producing building regulation drawings and specifications

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and brainstorming sessions.

-Dealing with various administration responsibility's associated with your projects.

Experience with Revit or CAD software is preferred but training can be offered

Experience of planning law is also preferred but full training will be offered.
