oAs a PMO Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of Notting Hill Genesis' (NHG) change portfolio and services. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you'll help drive continuous improvement in project delivery by analysing data, maintaining project controls, producing insightful reports, and embedding governance best practice across the organisation
.You'll be at the heart of our Programme Management Office – supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives, providing assurance on progress and benefits realisation, and helping us achieve excellence in how we deliver change

How you'll do**
- itAnalyse and report on project data to identify trends, risks, and lessons learned through project health checks and review
- s.Produce and distribute portfolio reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, maximising use of our project management reporting tool
- s.Support portfolio and project management systems, assisting with system administration, continuous improvement, and user adoptio
- n.Monitor project controls including progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure consistent quality and adherence to frameworks and standard
- s.Collaborate with project managers and teams, offering support, guidance, and solutions to project challenge
- s.Oversee project documentation, maintaining accurate records, plans, and report
- s.Assist with risk and issue management, promoting proactive identification and mitigatio
- n.Champion best practice, promoting process improvement, training sessions, and sharing knowledge across NH
- G.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and project delivery framework
