Background

We are a bespoke art-frame manufacturer based in 5,000 sq ft workshops in leafy Bollington in Cheshire. We specialise in engineered oversize art-frames in welded metals, woods, & acrylic boxes to present and protect beautiful art. The frames are created to a high standard, with a range of surface finishes.

Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day production, administrative, and coordination tasks. This role is pivotal in assisting the Production Manager, managing purchase ledger duties, and acting as the 'glue' that ties sales, production, and logistics together. You'll start with core admin and pre-production support, progressing to purchasing as you gain familiarity with our processes. Ideal for someone organized, confident, intelligent, hard-working, numerate and extroverted who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented workshop setting. This position offers growth opportunities as Harten scales.
