We are seeking several new Trustees who bring experience in any of the following areas

• Charity governance
• Business strategy & scaling
• PR & Marketing
• Mental health
• Education
• HR / workforce development
• Legal & regulatory compliance
• Safeguarding & risk
• Finance or fundraising

What will you be doing?

As a trustee, your role is to work with other trustees to set our strategic direction, oversee the effective running of the charity.
As a Trustee, you will

• Provide strong, values-led governance during a period of significant organisational growth.
• Support risk management, safeguarding and compliance across the charity.
• Act as a supportive critical friend to the CEO and leadership team.
• Advise on organisational development, site expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Join or lead a subcommittee aligned to your expertise (e.g. HR, Finance, Safeguarding, Governance).
