Service Manager
to lead a high-performing team of advisors, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance across the board.
- Overseeing Team leaders and advisors
- Leading and motivating teams of Customer Care Advisors
- Enhancing service processes and business metrics
- Driving compliance and implementing feedback from industry bodies
- Supporting team leaders and fostering internal development
- Collaborating on IT innovation and system improvements
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Ensure departmental SLAs are met and regularly reviewed
- Lead recruitment, coaching, and appraisals
We're looking for someone who is:
- 3 years + Customer Service management experience
