As a Sales Development Representative, you'll work closely with the Head of Business Development to generate new leads, qualify inbound enquiries, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities — all while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    Identify and research new business prospects aligned with the company's ideal customer profile (ICP). Support webinars, attend networking events, and help build a qualified prospect database.
  • Outbound Sales:
    Initiate contact via phone, email, and social channels to create intrigue and secure discovery meetings.
  • Inbound Sales:
    Qualify inbound leads using consultative sales techniques to assess fit and opportunity.
  • Sales Administration:
    Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare bid documentation, and support with reporting and sales follow-up activity.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a sales role, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Consultative, solutions-led approach to selling, with the ability to both generate and progress opportunities
  • Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Confident communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to engage key decision-makers
  • Proficient with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
