The Systems Manager will be part of the Information and Learning Systems (ILS) team within Henley Business School's Learning Innovation and Development Hub. The ILS team is responsible for delivering and supporting Henley's Learning Systems and Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) to clients and staff, providing support for Information Systems and helping co-ordinate Henley's activities with other technical areas of the wider University. The Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the IT systems within Henley Business School. Working with key stakeholders, the Manager provides administrative systems support for the data, reporting and statistical analysis requirements, whilst ensuring high-quality online programme delivery.
You will have:
- Ability to work with internal and external clients and provide workable IT solutions
- Proven experience in a Systems Administrator/Management role
- Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Power Platform to create Apps, Automate flows.
- Working knowledge of Learner Management Systems
- Working knowledge of CRM/Student administration systems
- Good understanding of issues relating to Information Security, Data Protection and GDPR
