Veterinary Surgeon

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Lytham. This role provides an excellent work-life balance, with no out-of-hours (OOH) duties and a supportive, collaborative environment. Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures, upholding high standards of patient care
- Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service and care for our patients
- Conduct consultations and build strong, trusting relationships with clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine with RCVS registration
- Proven clinical experience in small animal practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development
