Leo Jack are delighted to be working on a brand new job opportunity with an exciting luxury fashion brand on the appointment of a Chief Marketing Officer | CMO.

Overview

As a key member of the Executive team for this well reported, high performing fashion brand, you will report into the Board, whilst working closely with the wider SLT to develop and deliver a fully integrated omni-channel marketing plan to shape the next chapter of an innovative brand and spearhead further international growth.

A talented individual with the skills to tell a brand's story to a global market, you will also hold experience in the unique landscape of premium or luxury fashion.

  • Own and evolve the global brand vision, ensuring consistency, desirability and relevance across markets
  • Craft and deliver compelling brand storytelling, translating heritage, craftsmanship and design philosophy into powerful narratives
  • Build, structure and scale a world-class marketing function, recruiting and mentoring high-calibre talent
  • Oversee all marketing disciplines including brand, communications, digital, content, PR, partnerships and campaigns
  • Lead the expansion of the brand across the US market, building awareness, credibility and commercial impact
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless brand expression
  • Develop data-informed strategies that balance creative excellence with commercial performance

Criteria

  • Recent experience in the international Fashion or Luxury sectors is essential
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a growing business
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, and adept at troubleshooting
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Omni-channel and customer focused
  • A forward thinking individual, who has a passion for fashion
  • Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams and marketing functions from the ground up
  • Commercially astute, creatively driven and internationally minded
  • Equally at ease in boardrooms, creative studios and global market visits
