Luxury Retail Security Officer – Central London

£14–£15 per hour | 48 hours per week | Designer Brand

Are you ready to be the face of security for one of the world's most prestigious designer brands? Join our client's newly formed luxury security team in Central London and play a key role in delivering exceptional protection with the highest standards of customer service.

The Role:

We are seeking experienced and professional Luxury Retail Security Officers to work within high-end retail environments in Central London. You will be responsible for safeguarding customers, staff, and merchandise while embodying the elegance and values of a premium fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible, professional security presence within the boutique and retail areas
  • Deliver a discreet and service-focused approach to security, in line with the expectations of a luxury environment
  • Monitor and control access to the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prevent theft, vandalism, and other potential threats through vigilance and proactive engagement
  • Liaise with store management, colleagues, and emergency services where necessary
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
  • Uphold the client's brand image at all times through professional conduct and personal presentation

Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence - REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a premium corporate setting
  • Impeccable personal appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work a 48-hour week on a shift basis, including weekends
