This Position reports to:

Drive the growth and performance of the Measurement & Analytics Instrumentation Service business in the UK. Lead the local service organization, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across all service activities.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: remote based but with expectation of regular (weekly or biweekly) presence at our Stonehouse location {#LI-remote}

• Implement the UK Service strategy for instrumentation and support new product/service offerings.

• Build market insights and collaborate with Sales to promote service offerings during product sales.

• Lead customer-facing initiatives to drive service sales growth and market presence.

• Develop and deliver service marketing materials to enhance visibility and transparency.

• Align service operations with key customer accounts and use feedback to improve experience.

• Ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence across UK sites.

• Champion a strong safety culture and maintain full compliance with HSE and integrity standards.

• Lead, structure, and develop a skilled, motivated service team through effective recruitment and training.

• Significant experience or exposure to instrumentation service

• Proven success leading service or sales teams

• Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems

• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills

• Commercial mindset with a track record in business development

• Valid UK driver's license

• Willingness to travel across the UK and ability to visit Stonehouse site weekly/bi-weekly
