What you'll do:

  • Analyse pricing and profitability trends to support commercial decision-making.
  • Assist in developing pricing proposals and fee structures for clients.
  • Gather and interpret market and competitor data to identify opportunities.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track pricing performance and business metrics.
  • Support financial modelling and scenario planning for pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, and client services to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to improving processes and tools that make pricing more effective.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
  • Proficiency with Excel and an ability to present data clearly.
  • A proactive mindset and interest in commercial strategy.
  • Great communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a commercial or analytics role.
  • Familiarity with BI tools or basic data querying such as Power BI
  • Exposure to professional services or pricing principles.
