Role Overview
- Location: Wandsworth
- Pay: £17.70 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Shifts Available: Days, School-Hours and Sleeping Overnights.
- Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract

What You'll Bring
- Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, including Personal Care, Physical Disabilities, Tracheostomy care, Gastrostomy care, Humidification, Invasive Ventilation, Medication Administration, Medication via Gastrostomy, nebuliser use, and Tracheal Suction
- British Sign Language experience (essential)
- A strong passion for person-centred, community-based care
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine commitment to supporting others
