To be a successful part of our bar team you will need;

  • A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues
  • Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the "perfect serve" to each customer
  • Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment

**This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/ club work- you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts**

  • Give great service to guests - taking guests orders, serving drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
  • Meet all site standards of service & work within the team leading to a great guest experience.
  • Have/develop a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine in a bars/club environment.
  • Opening and closing shifts which will include very late nights/ early hours shifts over weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
  • A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
