The Role

We're seeking an experienced, proactive Social Media, Marketing & PR Executive (2+ years). This role will be responsible to lead day-to-day marketing, email and social output including developing content, add a light but effective public relations function, and produce polished pitch materials (decks, brochures, one-pagers). This role is office-based to enable the closest collaboration with our sales, affordable housing and capital markets teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Marketing calendar: Own and run a detailed, always-on calendar across email, social, PR moments, campaigns and events.

· Email marketing: Build, send and optimise campaigns.

· Social media: Plan and maintain a content calendar; create posts/reels; manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok; community management and engagement.

· Content creation: Write clear, on-brand copy; capture/brief basic photo/video; repurpose case studies and asset updates.

· PR & communications:

o Draft press releases and media notes; maintain a targeted media list.

o Pitch stories, coordinate interviews, track coverage; manage award entries and speaker opportunities.

o Liaise with any external PR/design partners and ensure message discipline.

· Design & pitch materials (lightweight):

o Produce clean, on-brand pitch decks, investment one-pagers, deal teasers, brochures and email flyers using PowerPoint/Canva (basic Adobe skills a plus).

o Maintain brand templates, iconography and slide library; ensure consistent formatting and accuracy.

· Campaign management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital/social/occasionally traditional) to drive awareness, leads and lettings/sales.

· Sales alignment: Partner with the sales/leasing teams to ensure messaging, collateral and timing support live mandates.

· Website & CRM: Update key pages via CMS; ensure forms and tracking feed CRM; report on funnel metrics.

· Insights & reporting: Monitor performance (reach, CTR, enquiries, conversion); recommend data-led improvements.

· Events & activations: Support launches, open days and investor briefings (logistics, invites, on-the-day content).

· Brand governance: Keep all materials compliant (disclaimers, approvals) and on brand.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

· 2+ years in marketing/social; hands-on email and campaign experience.

· Demonstrable PR exposure (press release drafting, media liaison or agency coordination).

· Strong design eye; proficient in PowerPoint and Canva; basic Adobe (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) advantageous.

· Excellent copywriting and editing; confident creating short video/social assets.

· Comfortable with Mailchimp/HubSpot (or similar), scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite/Later), and basic analytics.

· Highly organised, deadline-driven, collaborative. Real-estate/property exposure is a plus.

· Office-based: This role is primarily office-based to maximise teamwork and speed; occasional off-site shoots/events.

From Section 106 sales, package deals, development consultancy and leasing to turnkey delivery, we help bridge policy requirements with commercial outcomes.
