Art Workshop Assistant – Evening & Weekend Shifts

We're looking for energetic, adaptable individuals to join our team running exciting "paint & sip" events across the region. If you thrive on variety, love working when others are relaxing, and want a job that's genuinely fun, this could be perfect for you.

What makes this role different?

This isn't your typical office job. Our events pop up in different venues, creating vibrant social experiences where people paint, laugh, and unwind. You'll be the friendly face guiding groups through creative sessions in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

The schedule works around evenings and weekends – typically 1 to 3 evenings per week (approx 4pm-11pm), with occasional daytime or weekend events. Early starts mean you'll need to arrive at our Aylesbury HQ by 4:30pm at the latest to collect the company van and head to venues.

  • A warm, outgoing personality that lights up a room
  • Genuine flexibility – you embrace evening work and varied schedules rather than dreading them
  • Comfort speaking to groups and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
  • Reliability and good organisational skills
  • Your own transport to reach Aylesbury HQ for 4:30pm starts
  • Ability to drive our company vehicles (please note: 21+ age requirement for insurance purposes)
  • Physical fitness for setting up events (lifting and carrying equipment)
  • Happy to drive distances and have late finishes
