The Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised
Executive Assistant
to support our Executive Team. This is a dynamic role that involves diary management, travel coordination, meeting support, and wider administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team.
• Manage diaries, meetings, room bookings, and catering.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Attend meetings, take formal minutes, and distribute papers.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with other PAs and support wider team activities.

Essential
About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative experience, including formal minute-taking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• High integrity and discretion.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.

Desirable

• Relevant qualifications such as CAP, Executive Assistant Certification, MOS, or PRINCE2.
