Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our friendly team at our family-run restaurant . In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You'll provide excellent service, assist with food and drink orders, and help maintain a clean and enjoyable dining environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve meals and beverages to guests in line with our service standards
  • Assist the team with table setup, cleaning, and organisation
  • Support special events or busy periods as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues quickly and politely
  • Be familiar with the menu to answer questions and make recommendations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant work is preferred but not required
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices is beneficial
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive, friendly, and reliable attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Barista or catering experience is a plus
  • Albanian Language (required)
  • Greek Language (optional)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
