Overview
We're looking for a Logistics and Enablement Support Specialist to join a major aerospace manufacturer in Broughton. You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting logistics and enablement activities for advanced composite wing builds, working in a modern, digital manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tool calibration, booking, stock checks, and supplier liaison.
- Coordinate goods in/out and engage with procurement and maintenance teams.
- Support logistics and enablement strategy for demonstrator and test wing builds.
- Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency through Lean and continuous improvement principles.
- Oversee service provider performance and operational support systems.
- Raise orders and manage service level agreements.
Experience & Skills
- Background in logistics, enablement, or production support (aerospace/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Lean/continuous improvement practices.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Knowledge of composite or mechanical assembly processes is an advantage.
