Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator, Customer Service professional, or Helpdesk/Ticketing specialist looking to step up?
I'm partnered with a highly respected, fast-growing financial services company in Leeds looking to expand their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking business where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality support to advisers, clients and internal teams. If you love problem-solving, accuracy, and variety, this could be the role for you
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries.
- Provide technical helpdesk support for direct-to-consumer investment platforms.
- Deliver excellent email and telephone support to advisers, client services teams, and paraplanners.
- Manage and maintain support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Track and monitor transfer business to ensure timely progression.
- Liaise with external providers to make sure all business is processed efficiently.
- Set up and support portal access for staff and clients.
- Help maintain data integrity and reporting across platforms.
- Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency.
- Maintain strong awareness of compliance, risk, and quality standards.
Experience required:
- Experience in Financial Services is essential (admin, customer service, operational, helpdesk or ticketing backgrounds all welcome).
- Accurate, organised and confident working to deadlines.
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a professional manner.
- Solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
