Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Coach. The Coach will be responsible for mentoring and supporting clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized strategies, providing ongoing guidance, and promoting accountability to ensure progress. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients through virtual sessions and email correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills to guide and inspire clients effectively.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in strategic planning and goal-setting to help clients create actionable plans.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and critical thinking skills to address client challenges creatively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Certification in life coaching, business coaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms for conducting remote sessions.
- Prior experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field is a plus.
