Continuous Improvement Lead
to join a forward-thinking Business Transformation team on a
12-month fixed-term contract
. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a culture of practice excellence and continuous improvement within a dynamic and professional environment.
About the Role
As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you'll be responsible for promoting and embedding a culture of operational excellence across the organisation. You will:
• Uphold best practices by ensuring all projects align with the agreed framework
• Drive growth and profitability through process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced client value
• Act as the first point of contact for practice excellence initiatives, managing expectations and identifying key requirements
• Lead scoping and diagnostic activities using continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with Legal and Central Function teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Provide progress updates and proposed changes to key stakeholders
• Plan and deliver practice excellence initiatives, reporting to the Head of Business Transformation
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
• At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal sector
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma (certification advantageous)
• A consulting and solution-focused mindset
• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and process modelling
• Excellent data modelling skills and proficiency with Microsoft O365
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• A proactive attitude, with the confidence to influence and drive meaningful change
