We're growing our team in Newcastle and looking for passionate, people-focused Sales Advisors who share our values and love connecting with customers.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Omnes — delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping shoppers find pieces they'll love and feel good about.

You'll play a key role in representing our commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and responsible fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised customer service
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, especially around sustainability and materials
  • Support with daily store operations, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help achieve store goals
  • Uphold Omnes brand values and sustainability ethos in everything you do

About You:

  • Passionate about sustainable and ethical fashion
  • Confident, approachable, and proactive in helping customers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organised, and motivated to deliver great results
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage (but not essential – full training provided)

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
  • Organisational skills to manage stock and maintain an orderly sales environment
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Excellent time management to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
  • Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette when communicating via telephone or email
  • Experience or knowledge of merchandising principles is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully and effectively
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
