Job Overview/Summary
Prep Kitchen is actively seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with elevating our marketing collateral and delving into the realm of packaging aesthetics across our range of meals.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Developing creative and engaging artwork and assets for materials targeted at our key brand personas. his includes designing digital marketing assets (banners, ads,emails etc) and other materials in line with the company's brand identity
  • Support with packaging and labelling design
  • Work with our in house photographer to get new meal photography through the stakeholder sign off process.
  • Proofing, quality-checking, and preparing artwork and content
  • Support and collaborate with the growth marketing team and 3rd party agencies
  • Serve as the guardian of design quality by rigorously proofing and quality-checking artwork before it undergoes printing or digital distribution, ensuring that our packaging not only looks appealing but aligns with our brand essence.
  • Monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency from our partners.
  • Regular communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Designing, updating, and organising internal documents where required.

About You

  • Professional certificate or Bachelor's degree or qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least five years of working experience in a digital designer role.
  • Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC's Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Stay abreast of prevailing visual design trends, with a keen eye on their implications for packaging aesthetics.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Positive, innovative, creative approach to design and marketing; proactive, open to change, and always seeking new ideas, concepts, and practices to enhance abilities and outputs.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table, suggest improvements to existing collateral, and help set our brand apart from the competition while researching relevant competitors and market trend
