Main Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Deliver engaging group tutorial sessions (up to 30 students) covering key aspects of Personal Development, including safeguarding, healthy relationships, employability, sustainability, drug and alcohol awareness, vaping, health and wellbeing and raising aspirations.

  • Support students academic, personal, and career development through impactful delivery of PSHE and RSE topics.

  • Use digital tools and learning technologies to deliver high-quality, relevant learning experiences, providing constructive feedback and adapting sessions to meet the needs of diverse learners.

  • Build strong relationships with students, maintaining clear communication with teaching teams, support services and parents/carers where appropriate.

  • Hold one-to-one progress reviews to check in on student welfare, offer guidance and ensure they feel supported and able to stay on track with their goals.

  • Work closely with the Safeguarding Team and follow all Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) expectations, ensuring concerns are identified, recorded, escalated, and supported appropriately.
