Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our dynamic team at Galebreaker Agri. This is a shift role operating on a rotating shift pattern (6:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process of our products, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards throughout production.
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production efficiently targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment & tools effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating reliability and integrity.
  • Demonstrates a high level of Health and Safety awareness
