Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic or commercial cleaning environments and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and well-presented for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
  • Ensure that all surfaces, including floors, windows, and furniture, are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas in hotels or commercial spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required, including light cooking duties if necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures.
