Job Description: Lead engineering for a fast-growing AI startup, driving product-market fit and significant ARR. You'll build a high-craft AI platform for prosumers, focusing on effective onboarding and strong retention. This hands-on role involves making critical architectural decisions, cultivating a high-performance engineering culture, and delivering rapid, high-quality product development.
